Pearly so deserves to be recognized with the DAISY Award. She is one of the most attentive, caring and compassionate nurses I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond for her patients daily and is never afraid to get her hands dirty. She speaks to her patients in such a kind and understanding way. I hear rave reviews from her patients all the time. She really takes the time to learn and get to know her patients and develop a bond. She learns her patients’ likes and dislikes so she can provide the best care possible.

She is also a savior to all her coworkers. When you give her report, she will treat your patients as her own. Pearly is always willing to help with whatever is needed. She is an incredible nurse and coworker. She deserves to be applauded for all her wonderful qualities. She is truly compassionate, caring and embodies everything a DAISY Nurse should!
