Pedro is an outstanding nurse, and an outstanding coworker. I feel he deserves the DAISY Award not only for his work as a nurse but for his work as a coworker. He is always ready to help whether it be with lab draws, IV starts, interpreting Spanish and/or other procedures. And he is already helping with admissions long before you realize it! He does not complain and is always calm, quiet and pleasant with his patients and families and with his coworkers. I believe Pedro is long overdue for the DAISY Award for his outstanding contributions to our Peds floor and for his extraordinary work with us, his grateful, blessed coworkers! It is always a pleasure to work with Pedro!
