Peggy was very patient and made accommodations for my 91-year-old mother who is hard of hearing. She explained things lowly and made sure mom could read her lips and then made sure she understood. She spent time making sure mom was safe since she had vertigo. Mom spent her 91st birthday in the hospital. Peggy arranged for visitors who came into her room to say "Happy Birthday" and had the nurses come in to sing to her. She went above and beyond to make her comfortable.

I observed Peggy for multiple shifts as she cared for my 91-year-old mother following her fall and subsequent injuries. She delivered care with comprehensiveness, competence and ongoing compassion. She exemplified the diverse roles of a nurse clinician and performed her nursing care with energy, holistic strategies and knowledge with our mom and family.

My mom absolutely loved Peggy who gave her such tender, yet professional care. Our family feels very fortunate that we were all privileged to have Peggy with us for several days. She is an amazing nurse and wonderful person.
