According to his coworkers, you cannot be in a bad mood around Peter. His personality—especially his humor—won’t let you. It’s obvious that he is an outstanding clinical nurse through the care he provides, but what stands out about Peter is that he truly (and obviously) has fun at work. Some days, he’ll begin the morning shift with a staff dance-off. Together, the team dances to music to set a positive tone for the day.
