As a new graduate nurse, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact she has on the lives of those she serves. Her commitment to evidence-based practice is unwavering, yet she goes beyond the clinical guidelines. She takes the time to truly know her patients, learning about their preferences, fears, and hopes. From a veteran's favorite comfort food to their preferred relaxation techniques, Nurse Pia tailors her care to each individual, ensuring that their dignity and well-being are always prioritized.

Beyond her exceptional nursing skills, Nurse Pia is an inspiring mentor and a supportive team member. She is always willing to share her knowledge and expertise, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
