She is extremely patient in all interactions and is calm and level-headed in the tensest of situations.
I have been with the Heart Institute since January 2022. There is not a week that has gone by where Pinky has not assisted me in some fashion. This includes when she is not supposed to be working but is so dedicated that she still offers help when she is inadvertently cc'd on something like a text or Teams message while she is out.

She is extremely patient in all interactions and is calm and level-headed in the tensest of situations. This goes beyond just my time here. Pinky was the only RN3 for our entire (rather large) clinic for two years. We were budgeted to have three. During that time, the Heart Institute was undergoing major changes/gaps in leadership, and Pinky was critical in keeping the clinic operating. She played a critical role in our expansion to the Harris Building. She was instrumental in leading, creating, and implementing an MA-R program within the Heart Institute that has since spread to the entire Medical Center, including Primary Care. Pinky helped us expand our capacity for treadmills at South Lake Union.

She is a fierce advocate for not only her RN team but the entire clinic. She is a champion of our Rewards and Recognition Team, oftentimes using her own money to recognize our team members. And she is a dedicated supporter of our LPC. She is always available for any team member at any time. I cannot think of a more deserving individual. If it were not for Pinky, the clinic would be in shambles, the Heart Institute would be in a state of financial ruin due to staff attrition and poor patient satisfaction, and I could be found on any given day, under my desk crying. Pinky is a saint. Please give her all of the rewards/awards/accolades the UW has to offer.
