After dinner yesterday, I needed water to drink. I was thirsty and I had hiccups. I was on fluid restriction. I really needed to drink something. I started getting frustrated. Nurse Pretty calmly explained to me the situation, gave to me a little bit of water well measured and from there I know how to manage the fluid situation. This is just one situation that I can say Pretty is the best.

Pretty was my nurse for 2 days. She was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She cares about my safety, comfort, and wellbeing. She advocated for my care and celebrated my progress. Pretty is a fantastic nurse and she should be recognized.

Nurse Pretty was a very kind person from the start. Something specific that she did was took her time to try and understand the language barrier between my grandmother (the patient). She was very patient as well.
