Prior to my surgery, Quinn went above and beyond to ensure that she thoroughly explained each step of the post-surgery process, addressed every question I had pre-surgery, and was extremely patient. She tailored my education to my needs and concerns and never made me feel like I was a bother. For each e-advice I sent, sometimes 2-3 in a day, she never sounded annoyed and would end each one by asking me if I had any questions. Quinn's ability to explain this complex surgery in more easily understandable terms made me feel less anxious about my surgery and recovery. She personalized my education, gave me 100% empathy and support, and would problem-solve with me when a problem arose that was also new to her. Quinn made me feel valued and cared for prior to my surgery, especially these last 8 days post-op, which helped so much with my recovery.
