Rachael Dickey was nominated by a patient's daughter whose mother was having orthopedic surgery. She herself was a nurse and stated that, "It really means a lot to know you feel comfortable with someone caring for your mom when you can't be there". She also shared that she would like Rachael to be commended because she is such a great caring nurse! Rachael takes pride in her job and cares for the patient in a knowledgeable and compassionate way.
