I have had the privilege of working with Rachel a few times now with hospice GIP patients. Rachel is so patient and compassionate with these patients and she is also very kind and helpful to me when I come in to see these patients. Rachel is ready and willing to do whatever needs to be done to keep our patients comfortable when they are facing the end of life.
When Rachel has multiple other patients with needs, she manages to juggle everything and do a phenomenal job of providing excellent patient care and emotional support to families. As nurses, we put heart and soul into our work every day and often times we feel defeated and unappreciated. Rachel has a huge heart and an extraordinary work ethic. I appreciate you, Rachel!
