Nurse Rachel was very attentive to my mother's needs and to all of her family members. She always explained things out and got down on our level. She showed professional skills that went beyond the call of duty. Her compassion and empathy touched all of my family. Rachel cared for my mother like she was her mother. This has been a very hard situation but she made it a little easy to go through. I will always be grateful.

I met Rachel Johnson in ICU when my daughter came there. She was very sick and I was very stressed out. Rachel was very kind to me and explained all of my questions. I felt so good after talking to Rachel. She took really good care of my daughter. My daughter was in the ICU for about a month and passed away. Rachel came to me, knelt down by my chair and showed great kindness. I love Rachel.
