Rachel goes above and beyond and has so much care and compassion for her patients. My husband is currently in Knapp for a TBI accident, and the care that we (both for my husband and our family as his support system) have received from nurse Rachel has been absolutely outstanding. She digs into the whys and carefully reviews patient updates and status. She really understands patients' social cues when they’re unable to communicate verbally and provides our family with clear updates on how he is doing. She is truly an angel, and you can tell she cares so much about her patients. We absolutely love her. She 1000% deserves an award!
