Rachel is the best RN I've ever met, I've worked in healthcare, as a licensed paramedic, for 32+ years, and she is simply the best. She always displayed a pleasing smile that instantly calmed me. She made it a point to keep me calm and explained everything prior to her completing anything. She offered a soothing touch, as well, when dealing with my injuries, IV site and when administering my IM medication. She always left my room only after ensuring all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I never felt as though I didn't fully understand what my care plan was or is. She ensured I had knowledge of everything, including my pain management schedule. In fact, there was a miscommunication from another staff member that resulted in a delay of my pain medication and Rachel immediately handled the situation and regained control of my pain quickly. She left my family and I believing that she cared for me as if I was one of her family members. I am not only impressed with her qualities, I am more impressed with the quantity in which she displayed them. She is a highly valuable member of Soin Medical Center. Because of her, my family and I will have no reservations recommending Soin for anyone's healthcare needs. She should be very proud of her performance because my family and I are!
