I am writing to extol the great work done by Raeanne Zinke. I have had the good fortune of working with her for more than 15 years and the time has flown by. Raeanne possesses a unique blend of skills, compassion, and expertise that make her an invaluable asset to any surgical team. With unwavering attention to detail, she ensures that every aspect of the operating room is meticulously prepared, from sterilized instruments to well-organized supplies. She is the one nurse (and perhaps only one I have seen) who meticulously develops and maintains extremely accurate preference cards for the surgeons she works with. Her ability to remain calm under pressure is extraordinary, as she assists our team during complex procedures, anticipating our needs and providing seamless support. Beyond technical proficiency, she is compassionate and empathetic, offering reassurance to anxious patients and their families. Her dedication to patient safety and their commitment to excellence make Raeanne an indispensable force in the operating room, ensuring successful surgical outcomes and instilling confidence in the entire team.
