I would like to nominate Raechel Hunt because of how supportive she was to a mum and dad when their baby experienced advanced neonatal life support. Raechel did an awesome job in communicating with the parents to help them understand what was going on and when. Then she went as far as sitting with both parents and having a debrief about the whole situation and sign posting the parents to birth reflections.

I was very impressed at how she actively listened to the family and helped fill in the gaps of some of the things they were unsure about during the whole experience. I was super grateful to have her with me because she showed outstanding care to the couple and she truly was with the woman in all of this. Thank you so much, Raechel, for being so exceptional in a difficult situation.
