I was admitted to Soin with chest pain and extremely high blood pressure.  As I was admitted we met so many great people. On the morning of my procedure, I was having pretty bad chest pains, and I could see concern on this nurse's face as she was talking to me and asking questions about what I was experiencing.  On top of that, she was catching the doctor to tell him what was going on.  She was obviously pushing them on my behalf.  The level of her concern, care and just kindness is really hard to put into words.  When they said they were moving up my procedure and sending a transport crew to move me to the cath lab she told them she was going along. They said they were good, and she informed them she was going with me to the cath lab.  She also called the doctor afterward to find out how it had gone.  The next morning, she came to check on me and had been keeping tabs on my progress.  So long story short, I don’t think she knows how much she and the care she provided me means to my wife and I as well as our whole family! 

I don’t know where you find people as special as she obviously is, but I hope that she gets some recognition for just how efficient, caring, proficient, and special she really is. 

I don’t know if I can ever repay her for all she has done and means to my wife and me!!
