Becky was working in observation when Mrs. A was visiting her 93-year-old husband. She is 93 as well. Becky walked Mrs. A to the door to help her find her car. She couldn't remember where she parked. Becky went out in the brisk cold looking for the car in the parking lot. It was not there. Becky then walked around the entire parking lot looking for Mrs. A's car without a coat. She found the car on the other side of the hospital in employee parking. Becky used Mrs. A's keys to locate her car so she could remain safe and warm inside while Becky looked for her car for over 20 minutes.

I came to the emergency room with chest pain and was admitted into observation. Becky was my nurse for most of my stay here. She was very kind and caring. She made sure I knew what each medication I took was for and made sure I was comfortable. She was able to put my daughter at ease by having a normal lunch conversation with her and bringing her bottled water. She was able to answer any questions I had and made me feel more at home in the hospital. Becky has a positive attitude and I was lucky to have her as my nurse!
