Renee is one of the most selfless people that I know. She comes to work every night with a smile on her face and a pleasant attitude. She always asks everyone how the are doing and is truly concerned about our staff. As a clinical leader, Renee promotes a very calming effect on our unit. She holds it together during emergencies and remains nonjudgmental and compassionate with the most difficult parents. She is patient and kind with new staff. She makes sure that all patients and families are tucked in for the evening. Her positive attitude helps everyone to heal.
