Renee, your career journey has been a testament to your dedication, commitment, and growth over the 43 years of service to Endeavor Health. Starting as a patient care assistant in 1980 and progressing to Assistant Vice President has been quite a successful path. Renee, we cannot begin to say all that you have done for so many people, especially your team, who have been blessed with expertise, compassion, direction, guidance, and leadership from you. Please know that your positive impact on the Highland Park hospital, nursing leadership, and the people in so many ways will be forever remembered. 

Renee, you have been a constant, strong, and steady force at Highland Park. This team will not forget you or all that you have done for us, all of us. Your unwavering dedication and support to ensure our patients receive the best care, nurses feel supported and all the work you do in between has been the perfect example of what leaders do. Your heart and soul are incredibly special and contagious on those who you have impacted in so many meaningful ways.
