I would love to nominate Reysa, my angel, for extraordinary care! Reysa was the first nurse assigned to my care when I first arrived at Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital. It was "Extraordinary Care" at first sight. Reysa made me feel right at home and nursed me back to health physically and mentally. She immediately took charge of caring for my medical needs and implemented an extraordinary plan of action, nursing me back to a stable state of health.

The ‘Extra Care’ she exhibited was educating me more in-depth about my condition and understanding how to treat/care for myself in order to prevent any more future mishaps - by creating a healthy stable platform for me to continue to follow once I left the hospital. Reysa is a gifted nurse, yet a remarkable person who is full of genuine love that demonstrates her caring heart for humanity! She a true representation of an extraordinary nurse who should be commended! Not to mention she has a beautiful smile inside and out that stretches across the universe!
