Rhea is an excellent nurse. Many times, we were simply told, "I don't know" in regard to my aunt's care. Rhea was different, she answered all of our questions and took the time to explain her responses in a way that we understood.
Watching her rub my aunt's forehead, hands, and feet made us feel like she was attending to her own family member. We felt comfortable and knew that she truly cared. Rhea, defined nursing for us. When we asked her to set up an appointment with the Palliative Care Doctor, it took her 3 minutes to get him on the line, confirm the time and location of my aunt and add that information to my aunt's chart. Thank you, Rhea.
