Rhonda always see's the patient as a human being first and then as a sick patient. She gets to know her patient's story. She listens to her patient and family and goes the extra mile to see that their wishes are honored. No one is more family centered than Rhonda. The best testament to that is the families that remember her after all these years and send her cards.
