My 81-year-old great grandmother had been hospitalized after a fall that left a severe fracture in her left hip. She was flown in with the intention of surgery, but her heart was just not up to it. She was very fond of Robbie and his amazing positive attitude and sense of humor. Even after his shift had ended the 2nd day of her stay he made sure to drop over and give her a hug and say some very kind words that she was very impressed with. He was going on his days off and waited to tell her goodbye because her days were limited. She passed away the day after and spoke of him very highly up until she crossed over.
