From the time Nurse Robert Anderson called my daughter’s name to be seen inside the ED, we knew he was one of the best nurses. His smile and cheerful face make a difference. My daughter has been sick, with three ED visits and three medical office visits, continued nausea and vomiting, and abdominal pain. She’s been through a lot and has been seen and taken care of by many different nurses. But at Kaiser Antioch ED, Nurse Robert goes above and beyond. I observed Robert knew what he was doing - he gently took blood draws, put an IV in my daughter's right hand, making our daughter relaxed by sharing stories and assurance that it's going to be ok! Our daughter is young, and Robert knew exactly how to handle such a situation. Robert's kindness and compassion made a difference!
