In my opinion, the definition of a wonderful shift is one where you are supported, surrounded by positive energy, offered help without having to ask, and never have to worry about feeling so far behind, you will never catch up. Robert Beaudry is consistently able to get assigned work completed and offer assistance to all co-workers. His attitude is always positive. He is always aware of co-workers' needs. The positive energy is contagious - there is always a smile, which is difficult to ignore. No matter how stressed you feel, one smile or chuckle from Robert, and it is infectious. He is invaluable to SNHMC because of the dedication exhibited toward our patients, the job, and the Medical Center.
