The son of a Veteran gave high praise to Robyn's caring attitude and willingness to go above and beyond in the care of his father at the Gadsden CBOC. The son stated the following, "My dad and I were very confused about his medications. Robyn took the time to sit down with both of us and go over each medication in detail and what they are used for. She spent over an hour of her time with us." The son concluded his nomination letter by giving Robyn the following accolade, "We think she is an awesome nurse and the VA is lucky to have her. The VA needs more nurses like Robyn!"
