The third week of March we had a rollover accident patient that passed and Robyn went above and beyond as there was a lot of miscommunication that occurred. Robyn stayed after shift end and assisted social work with the family as well did a wonderful job with post mortem care prior to family viewing the deceased patient. Robyn volunteered to join social work and me when family was ready to proceed to the morgue to view deceased patient. Robyn showed so much empathy and compassion and answered all of family's questions. Robyn has the greatest bedside manner and provides wonderful patient care that I have witnessed on several occasions but the rollover accident really marked the spot with how she assisted social work and me. I want to shine some light on Robyn for the wonderful job she does.
