Roda is an awesome leader of the nursing staff. She has compassion for her patients. This hospital is my second home because of my illness. She was there for me to explain all of the information I needed to know. I have to say I have been to a lot of hospitals, but this is a sign that God has put me in the right hands.

Roda is a caring and understanding sweetheart. She always has a smile on her face. She should be rewarded for who she is and what she does for her patients. She goes 100% above and beyond. I can go on and on, but I would have to write a book. She is one of the first Directors of Nurses that I met who gives hugs when we meet. I always say it's not the building that makes the hospital. It’s who is inside that matters. She has taught her nurses to be the best, the best in compassion and caring. Talking with the patient not only about what they are here for, but she taught them to take a minute and really find out their story. Kindness, caring nurse, and just having someone to talk to during my long hospital stay, Roda has to be recognized for what she does on the job. I believe God picks certain people to become nurses because they help to do His job on earth, and He put Roda in the place where she needs to be. I love her.
