He was a very wonderful nurse about making sure I had what I needed. He was very caring about my needs and keeping a really good check on my blood pressure. He has an awesome personality and was easy to get along with.

He is amazing and shows such compassion and care, concern for his patients. He worked with my husband and explained everything and eased his fears and anxiety without rushing the care my husband needed. He made you feel like you were the only important person at the time. He even set his alarm to be on time to change my husband's bag (very critical). He was always ahead of that alarm. You can tell the passion he has for his job, his patients, and family. He has such an amazing attitude and is charming, not fake, genuine. We were blessed beyond measure to meet and have him as our nurse. People could learn from him; he truly has a special way and heart with people.

My husband had prostate surgery and he kept having difficulty with clots forming in the bag. His nurse spent so much time working on that bag to get my husband comfortable, by trying to remove the fluid back up. My husband was in a lot of pain and several times he had to be irrigated and that was very painful. He was very gentle with it and worked until my husband was in the clear. He was extremely patient and truly kept those blood clots out of those bags and all flowing. Rudy gave us faith again in nurses. He really filled the night shift nurses in on what all happened to my husband and how important it was to stay ON TOP of his care, and they did! He is such a role model to others and is very extraordinary. We believe he kept my husband from becoming very ill and having blood clots!! Because of him, we would come back under his care!
