I want to recognize Roland and his consistent outstanding performance. He has always been very pleasant and friendly, willing to help any way he can. I want to acknowledge a particular incident where I called to see about a PICC placement on a patient who was hypotensive and would need vasopressors. It was late in the day (approximately 1745) and Roland stated they usually don't place PICCs past 1730 but given the situation, he would be happy to help. He did place the line timely which ultimately saved this lady from a CVC by the CNP and then followed a day or two later by a PICC. He is always polite and accommodating without ever displaying any frustration or annoyance. It is a pleasure to work with Roland. He is also very compassionate with the patients. I want to make sure to recognize his consistent and continuous outstanding work. It is always a pleasure to work with him as he always goes above and beyond!
