MAJ ROMER D LOZADA NC exhibited exceptional performance as the Chief of Nursing Service for the 9th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army, showcasing remarkable leadership qualities as a staunch advocate for the well-being of both his clients and colleagues. He collaborates effectively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care, implement innovative solutions, and incorporate best practices in nursing.
In his capacity as the leader of the CEASH Medical Team under Task Force Sagip, MAJ LOZADA NC worked closely with various government entities and non-government organizations to facilitate medical, surgical, and psychosocial initiatives that greatly benefited the residents of numerous municipalities in Albay, which were threatened by the potential eruption of Mayon Volcano, including Daraga, Camalig, Guinobatan, Ligao, Tabaco, Sto. Domingo, Bacacay, Tiwi, and Malilipot.
Furthermore, he took on the roles of planner, organizer, implementor, and facilitator for various community and military service activities, including Trauma Risk Management and Mental Health Programs aimed at the personnel of the 9ID, Interagency Health Care Fair 2023, and the Disaster Relief Operations of CEASH 2024, in collaboration with Solaire, Bloomberry Cultural Foundation Inc., and International Container Terminal Services, Inc.
