Ronnie was so personable and went above and beyond by ensuring mom's transfer to a regular room was seamless. He was clear with us and came to the room to talk with the transfer nurse to be sure he knew about mom and her specifics to make her comfortable and happy. He took his time and made us feel important to him. He even delivered her diabetic feeding liquid since it was sent to ICU.
Ronnie was attentive, patient, responsive, careful, thoughtful, and explained things to us so we understood. He had to deal with a family of four siblings all being present at the same time; we never felt in the way or stupid with our questions.
Ronnie is compassionate and genuinely cares for his patients and their family. Mom was in this unit due to a fall and hitting her head causing bleeding around the brain. Mom is 87 and thanks to the great care Ronnie and all the nurses provided, we're sure she'll celebrate 88.
