Rose is helpful to all employees, patients, and visitors. She is always the patient advocate. She helps do rounds for wound care. She also works in other clinical departments like OB, 3N, ICU and PeriOp.
A highlight of the dedicated care often provided by Rose was on a Saturday when she especially helped staff and a patient. We could not get the wound vac to work properly on a patient and she stayed over and got it fixed. Rose is always up for the challenge for our patients and as a union officer. She is always very helpful with everything we do. She is what I think of when I think of a good nurse. She is the nurse I would want to care for me or my family. She is great!
