Rosie has been nothing short of phenomenal in taking care of our family member. She doesn't necessarily know it but Rosie has a special gift and demonstrates extraordinary compassion for those patients on the unit. My family member's situation presented a lot of work for the whole team of professionals and Rosie was the commander of the team. Rosie made sure everything that could be done was being done. Rosie has exceptional attention to detail and is so reliable. It is a comfort to everyone to know that someone so competent and caring is doing their best to see a favorable outcome. Probably if there is one instance or demonstration of extraordinary care that stood out to me is when Rosie took the extra time to make sure all of the IV lines and machines were working correctly. She also spoke to my family member as if the patient was awake and listening. My family member was taken care of like she was one of Rosie's own family and it really showed. The work that Rosie does is exhausting physically and emotionally and Rosie deserves recognition for being a true professional who cares about patients as well as family and friends of the patient. Our entire family is forever grateful to Rosie for doing everything under her control to make a difficult situation as good as it could be.
