Roxann is the epitome of a caring and compassionate nurse. She is our respiratory nurse and has really met the challenge during the pandemic. She is a rock star and truly models what a DAISY nurse is. She is competent, compassionate and a trusted professional.

The DAISY Award offers an opportunity to recognize and honor nurses for the sacred work they do every day in a meaningful way. I think as a profession, we forget how significantly we impact our patient's experience. The DAISY Award is a great reminder of the difference one nurse can make for a patient and their family. Roxann does this daily and provides a great example of what professional nurses should emulate.
