Roxy was so kind and very attentive to my grandfather. She went out of her way to make sure he was comfortable. She put a bed extender on to his bed so he was able to sleep comfortably instead of crunched up, as he was the day prior. She made the entire family feel comfortable with her presence. I will tell you this, this is the first time I ever filled one of these out, but Roxy Black touched my family's hearts and she deserves this recognition. She was very professional, she made my family more relaxed than any visit to the hospital we had with my dad. She started joking with my dad that made him feel that he was dealing with a human and not a robot (as he always says) after every visit. My family will always remember her for what she has done for us in our eyes. She touched all our hearts and she will always be remembered. She is a part of our family forever.
