Roy is very conscientious and respectful of others all the time. He communicates with kindness to his patients and other staff. He always acknowledges people around him and makes them feel welcome. He is well-liked by staff from the nursing units because of his patience and kind communication. Despite being relatively new in PACU he picked up really fast and is now one of the trusted PACU RNs by surgeons, anesthesia, and colleagues. Roy works quietly and puts his patient first and foremost.

Roy is always very polite, he always gives a fully detailed report and is never "rushing" to bring a patient. He brings the patients to the floor promptly but gives the staff time to prepare the room. He stays in the room with the patient until the first set of vital signs are checked. He goes above and beyond. He is a great nurse and a great example of how all nurses should be
