I would like to acknowledge Ruby for her dedication to her work and for being compassionate towards our situation last April when my husband was transported to the Philippines due to his health condition.

She was the nurse escort for my husband from Saipan-Guam to the Philippines. It was a very devastating event for us since my husband is my only go to person here in Saipan, he earns for our family and we also have a baby to raise. I was worried all throughout the transport, but Ruby made sure and showed me that she could take care of my husband well. She knows how to make a patient comfortable. My husband is traveling with a wheelchair, and he is really tired, but Ruby was able to make him rest in a lying position in the food court of the airport in Guam. My husband was able to sleep/rest even for a short while.  She also made sure to monitor carefully and maintain my husband's blood pressure in the desired. The way she worked during our travel to PI made me at peace, knowing that my husband was in good hands. It meant so much to me, and it's hard to express in words, but I can't thank her enough.
