I don't think I can ever put into words what this nurse has meant to our family. We have been blessed to have Runa as our nurse now for every shift she has worked for the past 3-4 weeks. Her attention to detail, my wife's needs, and what her needs are going to be before she even has a need is incredible. M always had her best days when Runa was her nurse.
Runa has been there for a few serious situations and has not only helped my wife through them, she also got our family through them. She has been such an enormous part of M's care and she knows my wife so well that even the surgeon has commented how fantastic Runa is and I have seen him consult her a number of times in a way that I have never seen before between surgeon and nurse. Neither our family nor M would have made it through this past month without Runa. She has become like family to us because she is so real, to her I believe this is more than a job. If I was asked to rank her on a scale from 1-10, I would give her a 25.
