Nursing care has always been great at Sutter Hospital here in Santa Rosa. That said, Rupert Alvarez's care stands out during my recent stay overnight. Following a hernia repair surgery, his special ability to anticipate my needs, prior to my request, his watchful outlook when I was out of bed, and his broad medical, yet detailed knowledge is better than I have ever experienced before during my numerous hospital stays.
He clearly is a DAISY Nurse.
