Russ took his time to talk to my parents, explain what doctors either had stated to my parents or had noted in records by my father's doctors. He took the time to answer questions and follow up with information for my parents.
When it was time for my father to transition from ICU to the telemetry floor, Russ made sure to explain thoroughly to my father what would be happening, followed up with him on the unit, and spent time with him on the telemetry floor.
Russ listened to some issues my father expressed regarding the food and went out of his way to assist him in making some food choices he appreciated. Russ made his stay better.
