My uncle is probably the most short-tempered person I have ever met. He is very demanding and not able to walk. He is hateful to staff who take care of him. Ryan is the first nurse in all the years of my uncle being sick that I can remember him saying, "Now that's a good nurse." I stayed at the hospital in my uncle's room at night. No matter how many times my uncle rang that call light, Ryan was right there. Ryan always came in the room with a big smile on his face and would joke with my uncle. He would do whatever was asked of him. We will forever be grateful to Ryan that he has the patience to be a great nurse.

My father was having a terrible time getting comfortable and Ryan went above and beyond by staying with my father, getting him turned just the right way. He also bathed him one night to make him more comfortable. My father and I were so pleased. Ryan also took very good care of my family that was staying with my dad. We were treated very well by all nurses, but Ryan went above and beyond to take care of everyone in my family. He is extremely professional, he follows policies and made sure there were supplies available in the room. Ryan was very personable and always had a very positive attitude.
