I was extremely impressed by Saada's professionalism, her knowledge, and her bedside manner. On the 2nd day of my stay, my respect deepened as she had a student nurse shadow her and she displayed an excellent training method as an experienced nurse; the student seemed to be comfortable with the way she was teaching and was picking things up quickly. The most exceptional thing she did for me was on my last day. I had a pacemaker installed in the morning and when I hadn't been processed out early the next day, she took it upon herself to determine what was wrong and got it fixed. She called the pacemaker rep to inform them I hadn't been released to come by my room to do a final check. Had this not happened I would have had to stay another night in the hospital for no reason.

Over the last 35 years, I have spent 7 long-term stays at various hospitals in Florida, Virginia, Iowa, California, and Nevada. I truly have never been as impressed with any nurse I've had caring for in any of my previous experiences. I believe Saada should be recognized for the true professional she is and the wonderful job she does for her patients.
