Saina is extremely kind and attentive. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the patients are comfortable. On one occasion, I had a terrible migraine. My home medications were not included on my med list. Despite my clearly irritable behavior, she maintained a smile and did what she could. She called the doctor and obtained orders for my medications. It was clear the following morning that she wrote detailed notes. The morning nurse immediately asked me about my migraine showing her connection to her colleagues and care for me. Throughout the day and a half that I had a migraine, she was sympathetic and didn't treat me as an annoyance. Also, she is prompt with administering meds and was more than happy to run back to the med room for PRN meds. Her attentiveness was much appreciated.
