Over the past few weeks, I have been hearing positive feedback about Sandee’s performance from various colleagues and patients alike. Personally, I have been fortunate enough to witness his unwavering dedication and exceptional professionalism firsthand. A recent incident during M’s scheduled appointment was a true testament to his character.

Although my primary nurse was already attending to another patient and was unavailable at that time, Sandee demonstrated remarkable initiative by stepping in to assist us. He made sure that every detail was meticulously checked before we proceeded, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. His involvement during the transfer of M to the stretcher was particularly noteworthy; he not only facilitated the process seamlessly but also took it upon himself to search for the stretcher, highlighting his commitment to patient care.

Sandee’s readiness to lend a helping hand, not just to me but also to my primary nurse, significantly improved our team’s performance. His contributions directly improved the quality of care we were able to provide to our patients that day.
