Saodat Bzezi is one of the individuals whom you want to see on duty every day. She understands how a medical/surgical floor should run. She is very respectful to all and she does absolutely the proper patient assessment. She lets the medical staff know the current condition of the patient and assists in medical as well as nursing care of all patients on the ward. She is also very good at bedside procedures and is always willing to help.
Ms. Bzezi is reliable, responsible, and always accountable. She helps everyone, including patients, nurses, PAs, and MDs. She respects all patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. A true team player. She is knowledgeable and quickly alerts the MDs when a patient is not doing well or anticipates potential disaster.
