I collapsed and started crying, but Sara stood up for me, defended me, and told her that she would take care of my son.
I don't know how to explain her kindness and compassion towards me every time I visited the OB-GYNE clinic. On the day of my appointment, they discovered that my baby's heartbeat was not right, that I needed to be hospitalized, and there was a great risk that he would die. It was late, and they decided to hospitalize me at four to quarter in the afternoon.

My little son was with me and I didn't have anyone by my side, I was very confused and I didn't know what to do. There she was, standing by me, and she didn't leave me. She took me to the emergency room herself, even though it wasn't her job. She could have taken me to the emergency room and gone home, but no, she took my vital signs and took me to the room, even though her shift had ended. However, she refused to go home until she was reassured that everything was going smoothly.

When I entered the emergency room, the nurse in charge explained to me that the policy did not allow me to keep my little son with me. I collapsed and started crying, but Sara stood up for me, defended me, and told her that she would take care of my son. She held my son, made him milk, and breastfed him when they installed the ECG. I don't know where she got it from. She came from heaven, not from earth. I pray for her in every prayer. I hope that she can be an example of kindness and sympathy because I was in a really bad situation that only Allah knows about; I will never forget how she took care of me and my son and how she eased my tension and stood by me. She is truly an angel of mercy.
