She remembers details from our conversations and makes me feel like she is invested in our discussions, no matter how big or small the topic.
I am a patient at the TMS office in Mt. Pleasant, and for the past six weeks, Sara has been my nurse for every one of my sessions. I was very nervous when I started treatments, and Sara has consistently provided a comforting presence throughout all 30 treatments so far. She takes the time to explain everything, offers encouragement, and has helped me overcome my nerves by talking to me through each session about anything and everything. She remembers details from our conversations and makes me feel like she is invested in our discussions, no matter how big or small the topic. This has been more impactful for me than she realizes, and I appreciate her kindness, care, and concern throughout this entire experience. Sara always checks if I am okay once the treatment begins, and if she senses a concern, she quickly alerts the physician to ensure that everything being done is safe. I look forward to seeing her every day, and while I am happy to have successfully made it through this treatment, I know I could not have done it without her. She eased my mind and never once made me feel judged for being there. I will miss seeing her, but I am so grateful that she is where she is for all the others who need this treatment. Thank you, Sara, for being an amazing nurse and a comforting presence during a time in my life that clearly started out in a very dark place. Your treatments have made my life so much brighter in many ways.
