It is hard to describe just one circumstance that stands out with Sarah because she gives exceptional care daily. Sarah finds a way to connect with all "her" patients. She will often give compliments like, I love your shirt, or you look great in that color, or your nails look great. She finds a way to make each experience personal and remarkable for every patient. I admire her ability to lead informally, and patients love her enthusiasm and humor. Sarah volunteers for anything that will help the clinic. She is on several committees and represents the clinic well. During the pandemic, Sarah was the first to offer ideas, solutions, and compassion. I oftentimes look to Sarah for advice when implementing any new processes. She has helped to cover countless times in our clinic as well as others. She is someone who I can depend on through any situation. Sarah will go above and beyond for any patient. She is an observer and a listener. Sarah gets to know her patients and finds ways to relate to them, helping make their office experience comforting. Patients always make request to have Sarah draw their labs, help them to understand their continued care, or just sit and listen to their concerns. I admire her ability to thrive in any situation. I want her to be recognized for her Servant's Heart and her constant desire to serve her patients with love and compassion. Sarah is a great leader. I respect her role and the care she offers daily to our patients. Sarah should be honored for all the things that she does to put a smile on our patients' faces, the reassurance she gives and for the trust her patients have in her.
