She went above and beyond to be there for me and my husband through the very difficult loss of our sweet baby girl. She was attentive, sympathetic, and emotionally supportive. And when our baby was finally delivered, she was so gentle and respectful with her and helped me through a very emotionally challenging thing, and I could not have been more blessed and thankful for her. She is an exceptional person through and through. She was even supportive of my husband and made sure he was heard, and his feelings were validated through the loss as well. She made sure we were as comfortable as we could be given the circumstances, and we left knowing that we did the best we could for our baby and she was well cared for after she left this world by a gentle hearted person.
